About Masha Nexus

Built by people who have operated the systems they design

Masha Nexus was founded on a simple observation: most institutional software is written by people who have never closed a month, survived an audit, or explained a failed batch to a regulator. We build differently.

Our position

A software company, not an integrator

We own the platforms we sell. There is no third-party core underneath, no licensing chain, and no vendor between you and the roadmap. When you ask for a change, you are asking the company that writes the code.

  • Long-horizon productsInstitutional systems live for a decade or more. We resource our platforms to be maintained for that long, not to be flipped.
  • Direct engineering relationshipsImplementation is led by engineers who work on the product, not by a separate delivery organisation reading a runbook.
  • Transparent commercial modelPublished module structure and predictable renewals. No surprise line items at contract review.

How we work

Four commitments we hold ourselves to

These are operating rules, not values-page decoration. Each one is enforced in how we plan, staff and release.

01

Correctness before velocity

A financial or academic record that is wrong is worse than a feature that ships late. Correctness is never traded for a deadline.

02

Say the difficult thing early

If a requirement is a poor fit, we say so during discovery, in writing, before contracts — not during implementation.

03

Own the whole outcome

Migration, training, integration and support are our responsibility. We do not hand you a licence and a phone number.

04

Build for the operator

The person using the system at month-end is the primary user. Their workflow determines the interface, not the demo script.
